The authors are obliged to submit Abstracts only in English and free of typing errors. The Abstract must not exceed 1 page (A4 format), including figures and tables and should be submitted in electronic form only as MS Word file to s.arch@renecon.eu or reneconinternational@gmail.com

Submission of Abstracts proceeds only and totally online.

After receiving positive opinions from reviewers the authors will be informed about acceptance of their Abstract. Otherwise the author has to follow recommendations of reviewers and accordingly modify the Abstract.

Only English and Greek alphabet must be used in preparing the Abstract according to the Abstract-Template.

A properly completed and signed by author(s) the Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA) must be sent for each Abstract.

Only one page using the MS Word Abstract-Template file should include author(s) name with affiliation(s), summary with/without graphs/tables, 5 keywords and selected Topic;

One Author is allowed to submit maximum 2 Abstracts

Exhibition / Poster Session

Contributed Work selected for the Exhibition / Poster Session has to be presented as a Poster

Size of the poster has to be A0 format (84,1 cm to 118,9 cm) in portrait orientation. A poster has to be prepared on a single paper with minimum weight of 120 gr/sqm

Preparation of Posters:

Layout of the Poster is free and abandoned to the author

Authors may also present their Work as a Poster without having to write a Full Paper.

For clarity, lots of diagrams and lots of colour should be used

Remember that "one picture is worth a thousand words"

---

Phrase and short sentences in "bullet points" are better than text forms

---

Fonts should be large enough to be read 2 metres back from the Poster

---

Poster must be set up in the evening before the Conference starts

---

Only full Papers which Oral Presentations / Posters will be presented by Author in person at the Conference / Exhibition will be further evaluated for free of costs publication in the International Journal of Contemporary Architecture The New ARCH (ISSN: 2198-7688 / DOI: 10.14621/tna.)
